He changed my real estate brokerage affiliation from a franchise and he is now an independent broker. He has done a lot of soul-searching about which path to take, and suffice it to say that at the end of the day, He sees more value in his own name and his brand, than any franchise. Perhaps he should have gone down this path from the start when he opened up, but that’s water under the bridge.

 

At the end of the day the client only wants his problem solved, find him a house or sell my house. The logo on that sign should not matter more than the agent who puts the sign on the ground. Exceptional communication skills, solid knowledge of the market, and top-notch marketing matter more than that logo.

 

He was born and raised here, graduated from Brown High School, married a local girl, raised his family here, and has been very supportive of the community of Sturgis his whole life.
